Hey all, Ben here. Its been aweek and a half. We're settling in nicely thanks to mum and really starting to enjoy this lovely place. So I thought I'd share a few little bits of what we're looking at.

Walking distance from us is lake Rotorua, one of *many* lakes round us. Here are a few pics. The links below are to bigger copies.

We've been seeing a New Zealand native bird all over the place, and we love it. Here is an ad showing one.

And this one cause its cute.

We've been eatting good kiwi food, pies, fish'n'chips, all the good stuff. I missed it so much, and now its back I can't get enough.

On a side note, its our anniversery today, weee, three years down!(kidding)

Happy Anniversary! It's been quite a three years for you.
Cool that the Kiwi food is flowing. Enjoy.
And thanks so much for all the photos. I think of you all the time, and wonder how it's going. Really nice to get the update.
Love you. Take care. Tell Jen 'Hi' and thanks for everything.

On a different note, your Dad just stayed with me for a few days. Left extremely early this morning (like around 3 a.m.) to fly back home.

My front yard is now decorated with four fabulously lovely landscape rocks which were offered to me for the wonderful price of $10 by a guy who didn't want to take them back to Prescott. What a deal. The weather here is perfect. Soaking it up before it turns into an oven.

    Bye. Keep in touch.
